Appointments:

Normally, we serve our customers by previously agreed appointments, these appointments; accordingly to the availability of specialists, can be scheduled for the same day. We will try to meet the needs in terms of the time provided.

Cancellations/rescheduling of appointments must be requested during regular hours between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday and between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM on Saturday.

About home/hotel Appointments:

We offer home/hotel services for patients who prefer or need to receive our services in the comfort of your home or hotel if they are in transit through our town, every visit must be prepaid using any of the alternatives that we have available to accept payments. Every visit has an additional cost of $45 - $80 per session depending on the distance to travel. Parking or toll payments will be the responsibility of the patient.

Cancellation/Refund policy:

Sapphire After Lipo Therapy is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. When a patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen.

We reserve time exclusively for you. When you make an appointment at the salon you are accepting our appointment/cancellation policy.

Cancellations/rescheduling of appointments must be requested during regular hours between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday and between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM on Saturday.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge at least 4 hours prior and during regular office hours.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than a 4 hour notice will result in a charge of half price (50%) of the scheduled service. No exceptions.

Appointments that are missed that neglected to give notice (No call, No show) will result in a charge of full price (100%) of the scheduled service. No exceptions.

We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.

All Pre-Paid services, packages and sales are final. Refunds will be issued in store credit only. You may transfer your credits from one service to be used towards other services.

When you arrive at your appointment, the specialist who will attend you is waiting for you and will accompany you throughout the duration of your appointment, it's your time and you get the best deal for what you deserve, it is your duty to come on time and if for some reason you think you’re going to be late for your appointment we ask you to be kind let us know in advance to make the necessary adjustments.
If a client is late for an appointment, the time of the appointment will not be extended.

We offer free consultations without obligation to pay on the regular schedule of our office, our experts conduct an assessment of your case and advice you based on their experience and what they understand is the treatment most convenient for you.

Methods of payment accepted:

We accept payments in cash, well know debit / credit card as VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, it is also possible to make online payments via Zelle, Apple Pay, GooglePay, PayPal(Deposit only), Cash App(Deposit only) or bank transfers. In any case personal checks or money orders will be accepted.
